What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end QA strategy, including test automation and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback.
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Performance, security, or accessibility testing experience.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing.
