We are seeking a skilled Network Professional to manage and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing F5 load balancers, Cloudflare WAF, Palo Alto & Azure firewalls, IPSec VPN.

This role involves assisting with network-related tasks as part of a migration project and collaborating with cross-functional teams including network operations team, Application support team, automation team and project teams.

Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the Blue Yonder cloud network environment, focusing on F5-LTM and firewall expertise.
  • Collaborating with Blue Yonder Product Support, Development, and Cloud Operations teams for timely and appropriate communication regarding assigned tasks.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure Operations, Architecture, and Security teams.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Collaborating with customer and internal stakeholders to build VPN tunnel builds and troubleshoot in case of any issues.

We require:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, with 6+ years of relevant expertise in F5 LTM, Cloudflare WAF, ASA/PALO ALTO/AZURE firewalls.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • F5 Load Balancer Skills: Administration, iRule Development, SSL Management, Advanced Networking Concepts, Traffic Management Policies.
  • Cloudflare WAF Management: Experience with WAF operations, including log review, rule fine-tuning, collaborating with stakeholders, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Firewall Skills: Configuration firewall policies and VPN tunnel Configuration and Troubleshooting.
