Family Office Bookkeeping Specialist

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized bookkeeping specialist to support our family office operations.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of an outsourced bookkeeper and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and providing day-to-day financial support.

  • Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Process vendor bills, reimbursements, and payments with supporting documentation.
  • Assist in tracking cash flows, outstanding balances, and maintain registers.
  • Prepare management information reports and financial trackers for the family office.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for compliance-related data (GST, TDS, Tax).

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive family office financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-Have:
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance/accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles & Indian compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho & Tally) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn under guidance.
  • Communication: Hindi & English fluency (Marathi a plus).
  • Residence in Mumbai (preferable) for ease of commute and availability.
