**Motion Graphic Designer Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to contribute to our team's creative efforts. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for developing and producing visually appealing video content.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging motion graphics that capture audiences' attention and convey the desired message.
  • Collaborate with the design team and creative directors to develop concepts, graphics, and videos that meet our brand's standards.
  • Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the overall visual impact.
  • Work closely with the content team to gather raw data and assemble finished products.
  • Develop concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, templates, rough drafts, final cuts, and case studies for company assets and service products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in 3D plugin software associated with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with the team.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a related field.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring that all visual content meets our brand's standards.
  • A strong portfolio of motion graphics work that showcases your skills and creativity.
  • A deep understanding of global design trends and the ability to adapt your style accordingly.
  • Offline drawing and sketching skills, with the ability to transfer them into digital formats.
  • The ability to continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industries' best practices to maximize efficiency.
