About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical initiatives. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical will be instrumental in driving the development of innovative solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other applications.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++ and C#.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for version control and release management.
