YouTube Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube operations manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our channel. This includes publishing, optimizing, and engaging with our audience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations, including content publishing, optimization, and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement, using SEO best practices and YouTube analytics data.
  • Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and storytelling teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Moderate and respond to viewer comments, fostering a positive community.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a content-driven organization.
  • You possess strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development.
  • You are familiar with editing tools like YouTube Studio and thumbnail creation software.
  • You have excellent written communication and coordination skills.
