Job Title: Financial Deduction Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Deduction Analyst to join our team. This role will involve identifying and resolving all types of deductions, including cash and credits, in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the impact of deductions on sales, the balance sheet, and profit/loss.

The majority of focus will be placed on Over Shorts and Damage (OSD) review to identify opportunities for the business to reduce or eliminate deductions. This will involve working strategically with Customer Support on process changes designed to minimize deduction issues and improve invoice accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills. Relevant experience in accounting and deductions is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP and HRC experience are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve all types of deductions, including cash and credits.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient recording and reporting of all open and resolved deductions.
  • Provide decision support and financial insight to internal and third parties.


Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in accounting and deductions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • SAP and HRC experience are also highly desirable.
