Skating Instructor

About the Role

• Teach skating classes to students following the school's sports curriculum.
• Train students in basic and advanced skating techniques, emphasizing safety protocols.
• Prepare students for inter-school, state, and national level competitions.
• Evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
• Maintain and ensure the safety of skating equipment.
• Organize demonstration sessions, sports days, and skating events as part of the annual activity calendar.
• Keep attendance records and student progress reports.
• Collaborate with other sports instructors and the school administration to plan integrated sports activities.
• Instruct students on the importance of physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork through skating.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Certification in Skating Coaching from a recognized sports authority or federation.
• Prior experience as a skating coach in a school or sports academy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• The ability to handle students of various age groups is required.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes is necessary.
