Workday Security Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our organization.

As a Workday Security Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the security of the Workday application. This includes ensuring that all security features and controls are properly implemented and functioning as intended.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday security features and controls, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and maintaining domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.
  • Coordinating with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security.
  • Developing and maintaining awareness of divisional and data security and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participating in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.
  • Staying updated on new security features within the application's future roadmap and implementing where possible.
  • Performing audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstrating proof of security controls during internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities also include accurately collecting information to understand and assess clients' needs and situation, interacting with functional and IT clients using strong verbal and written communication skills, enforcing adherence to security policies and practices, and solving problems and analyzing situations effectively.
