AI Engineer

As a seasoned AI engineer, you will be working on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses interact with their customers. You will have the opportunity to build advanced embedding models that capture semantic meaning, design and train ranking models for search relevance, and deploy large-scale production ML pipelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining. Experience with graph deep learning, large language models, and generative AI is a plus. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing state-of-the-art supervised and semi-supervised models for entity resolution, lead scoring, and search relevance.
  • Owning end-to-end model development and deployment of embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and classification models.
  • Mentoring junior engineers in applying advanced machine learning techniques.


Basic qualifications include a master's degree or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, as well as 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: recommendation systems, machine learning, statistical modeling/inference, data mining, graph/geometric deep learning, large language models, generative AI, distributed training. Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline, as well as 5+ years of hands-on experience working on recommendation systems, machine learning, statistical modeling/inference, data mining, graph/geometric deep learning, large language models, generative AI, distributed training.
