The Senior Finance Manager will oversee and optimize the entire finance function across verticals including manufacturing, cloud kitchens, e-commerce marketplaces, and D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and planning across all business lines.
  • Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with business growth plans including new kitchen launches, retail expansion, and capex for manufacturing.
  • Design and own the long-term financial roadmap, unit economics, and cost management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, monthly closing, and reporting.
  • Owning statutory compliance, audits, and tax-related matters.
  • Monitor and analyze COGS, raw material procurement, wastage, and yield.
  • Collaborate with plant teams to improve cost efficiency and production planning.

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA (Finance) / CMA qualification.
  • Recently qualified or with 2 - 4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong command over accounting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Proven exposure to manufacturing unit economics and P&L ownership.
