About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cypress and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work within development teams.

  • Develop automated tests for web applications using Cypress (preferred) or similar tools.
  • Work with bug tracking systems like Jira or Azure DevOps to track, report, and resolve defects.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide the team towards best practices in QA automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team.
  • Strong experience in automated testing with Cypress (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools for end-to-end testing of web applications.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to work within Agile development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
