We are seeking a talented and experienced Strategic Sourcing Electronics – Senior Engineer to drive excellence in procurement and supply chain management.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable sourcing professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the EMS industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of electronic component sourcing, BOM analysis, and supplier communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs): Generate accurate quotes for prototype and bulk production.
  • Sourcing Electronic Components: Source active and passive components, PCBs, and electronic parts globally.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and manage vendor relationships; evaluate supplier performance and reliability.
  • Negotiation and Supply Chain Optimization: Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure project success.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in EMS: Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM-based quoting, and global sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Procurement Software: Familiarity with procurement software tools (ERP or equivalent platforms).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
