Your Career at Deutsche Börse Group:

The Group Security department plays a critical role in executing the Deutsche Börse Group information security strategy.

We contribute to protecting information assets by enforcing information security controls based on regulatory requirements.

Your Area of Work:

You will be part of the Information Security Governance & Risk Management (ISGR) section within Group Security.

We identify, assess, report, and mitigate IS risks across the whole IT estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Build strong relationships with other teams and manage a team of 12 members.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the acquisition of the right talents for your team.
  • Team Enablement: Identify and remove impediments to support team members in their execution of regular tasks.
  • Talent Development: Nurture the development potential of your team members.
  • Work Environment: Create a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Content Solutions: Contribute to finding content solutions for typical challenges of teams in the field of IS Risk Management.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leader who can motivate a team, particularly during uncertainty.
  • Cultural Awareness: Culturally aware and able to bridge communication between different regions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Very good understanding of current challenges in global cloud-based IT operations.
  • Domain Expertise: Previous experience in the Information Security or Risk Management areas is desirable.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills are an asset.
