Artificial Intelligence Leader

This is a career opportunity to lead the development of artificial intelligence solutions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in the following areas:

Core Skills
  • Proficiency in Python and related tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, Flowise.
  • Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, and additional technologies including Knowledge Graphs, FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio.
Domain Model Fine-Tuning Capabilities
  • Experience with fine-tuning frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch Lightning, and tokenization techniques using SentencePiece, Hugging Face Tokenizers.
  • Understanding of datasets including HuggingFace Datasets and TensorFlow Datasets.
LLMOps Expertise
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with monitoring and management tools like Ray, SeldonCore, MLFlow, MLServer, Triton, BentoML, Prometheus, Grafana.
Data Engineering for AI Applications
  • Experience with data processing and management using Python, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Delta Lake.
  • Workflow automation expertise using Apache Airflow, dbt, Apache NiFi, Fivetran, Airbyte, Great Expectations.
  • Knowledge of data catalogs including Amundsen, Collibra, Alation.
AI-Ready Cybersecurity Knowledge
  • Understanding of AI-specific threat modeling tools, secure ML pipeline tools, and API security tools.
  • Experience with AI security monitoring tools, prompt injection prevention libraries, and adversarial example detection libraries.
GenAI Governance and Ethics
  • Knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and tools, bias detection and mitigation tools, and fairness metrics libraries.
  • Experience with privacy-preserving machine learning libraries, robustness and security tools.
  • Understanding of model interpretability libraries and AI governance frameworks and tools.
Performance Evaluation
  • Knowledge of evaluation metrics including BLEU, ROUGE, Perplexity, BERT-Score etc.
