About the Position: Experience Designer at PlaySimple Games is responsible for crafting delightful player experiences that impact millions of gamers worldwide. This role requires a holistic approach to experience design, from concept to execution. You will work closely with game designers, artists, and product managers to develop unique concepts and bring them to life with clear wireframes and effective prototypes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative concepts.
  • Communicating design decisions through clear wireframes and effective prototypes.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in UX Design or similar roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating robust knowledge of design fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of games (mobile, PC, console, board games, etc.).
  • Empathy for players, young and old.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and strong opinions on it.
  • Great communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate design decisions.
  • Decent research, observation, and deconstruction skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar wireframing tools.

  • Love for games helps you empathize with players more easily.
  • Visual design skills enable better communication with game artists.
  • Experience designing for accessibility is highly valued.
