We're seeking a talented UI Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative user experiences for web applications.

Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement visually appealing solutions that meet the product's direction, visuals, and overall user experience.
  • They will be responsible for executing all stages of the visual design process from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • This role requires conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • The selected candidate will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • They must present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to inform design decisions is essential.
  • The UI Developer will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Responsibility for both the UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) of the product falls under this role.
Requirements
  • Proven UI experience and UI design skills with a strong portfolio are required.
  • A solid background in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping is also required.
  • Proficiency in jQuery and JavaScript technologies, including Angular and Node, is a plus.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction are expected.
  • The ability to present designs and solutions to various stakeholders is crucial.
  • Solving problems creatively and effectively is essential.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, frameworks, and technologies is vital.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.
