Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our influencer and collaboration efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding relevant creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.

  • Manage campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate deals that deliver return on investment.
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline for marketing purposes.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiate collaboration deals that deliver ROI.
  • Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, UGC) for marketing.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collabs.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
