About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced telesales representative to handle both incoming and outgoing calls. This role focuses on engaging with interested customers, providing accurate information, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer inquiries, support requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Make outbound calls for sales, customer surveys, or appointment scheduling
  3. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for specific products or services
  4. Offer general support and assistance for a wide range of customer needs
  5. Generate leads and close sales through phone conversations
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of 12th pass, a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel or CRM tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle calls efficiently
