The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in directing complex projects from conception to completion. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Directing architectural efforts to ensure timely project delivery and maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborating with land acquisition teams to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating with sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Management: Scheduling and leading project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams to ensure progress and address challenges.
  • Consultant Review: Critically evaluating consultant deliverables and providing constructive feedback throughout various stages of project development.

A Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is required.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential. Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
