Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Finance to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling AP, FAR, GL, and reporting.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Close AP transactions independently, prepare and execute FAR transactions.
  • Ensure FEMA compliance.
  • Coordinate with other cross-functional teams for data collection.
  • Have knowledge of booking Accounts Payable related transactions.
  • Review GL on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure the correctness of data.
  • Calculate and prepare monthly provision and accrual and pass entry in the system.
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliation and PNL variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly TDS and TCS calculations.
  • Handle Stat and Internal audit – submit schedules AP and GL and FAR.

Who You Are:

You are a finance professional with a strong understanding of finance and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills and are able to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle/JDE and MS Office software like MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of finance and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
  • Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
  • Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent MBA/CA-inter/CWA-inter or any related field.
  • Knowledge on GST/TDS and FEMA compliance.
