Job Title: Oracle Functional Analyst

The Oracle Functional Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle EBS. They'll collaborate with technical experts to suggest solutions, resolve issues, manage feature backlogs, and ensure timely resolution within agreed service level agreements.

  • This role involves participating or leading requirement studies in detail, maintaining as-is process documents, and getting sign-off from clients.
  • The selected candidate will map requirements to application processes, prepare to-be process documents, and get sign-off from clients.
  • They will also setup conference room pilot environments, conduct testing, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Additionally, they will prepare standard operating procedure manuals, test customizations and user acceptance, assist users and resolve issues, and support production instance setup and data migrations.

Requirements:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in finance is required for this position.
  • Experience in Oracle Finance modules, specifically in R12 implementation, is a must-have.
  • Candidates should have strong accounting knowledge and migration experience.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
  • Agile methodology experience, including Scrum and Kanban, and tooling is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and time zones is also necessary.

Working Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 4-6 years of total work experience.
  • Strong business analyst skills are required for this position.
  • This role requires a team player with self-management skills and stress resilience.
