Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering: Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • JSON Integration: Work extensively with JSON data formats for integration and processing, ensuring seamless data exchange between services.
  • API Development: Design, implement payloads/API calls, work with tools like Postman to consume REST APIs and facilitate smooth data integration.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Legacy System Code Review: Review and understand legacy system code to ensure smooth integration and migration processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
Required Skills:
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including query optimisation techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on generating business insights.
  • JSON and API Experience: Hands-on experience with JSON and REST API integration, with the ability to work with complex payloads.
  • SaS Legacy Code Knowledge: Ability to read and understand legacy system code, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement.
