Job Description
The Senior Art Director will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind the usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trend. This includes knowledge of designing software like Photoshop / Fireworks, FLASH and HTML, CSS.

The right candidate should have a decent understanding of layout and design fundamentals. Managing and controlling the quality of all services for clients is also a key responsibility.

Ensure creation and Maintenance of client's websites, promotional websites, etc. Creating and Conceptualization of various online advertising campaigns for various clients, within the given deadline is also expected.

Responsible for handling/assisting/implementation/execution the complete Campaign within the given time. Should be operationally strong and capable of handling full cycle assignments from briefs to releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have exceptional visualizing and conceptualizing skills and should have worked as an Art Director/Sr. Art Director before. Designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind the usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trend is a key skill required.

Must have knowledge of designing software like Photoshop / Fireworks, FLASH and HTML, CSS. The right candidate should have a decent understanding of layout and design fundamentals. Managing and controlling the quality of all services for clients is also a key requirement.

Able to manage and delegate work to team. Managing skills and a problem-solving attitude required.
