Pune Order Management Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire Order Management process from Quote to Order. This role requires expertise in Quoting Process and experience in IT Support industry.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order, and understand the roles of Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues related to Order Management.
  • Develop training curriculum & Work Instructions to enhance team efficiency.
  • Identify and communicate insights on process/domain decisions and share opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze data to provide customer facing root cause assessment.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a BPO environment with a focus on Order Management.
  • Any bachelors degree with a strong understanding of MS Excel.
  • Mandatory experience in working on Quotations process, Service Contract Renewal process.

Skill sets required:

  • Strong understanding of Quotations Management process and ability to manage it end-to-end.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills with attention to detail.
