Key Responsibilities for Our Testing Team:

  • We require someone to define acceptance criteria from product requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will design, create and maintain reusable test scripts.
  • Our tester will execute manual testing.
  • They will review Test Plans with Product Management and Development teams.
  • The candidate should be able to provide estimates on Test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning.
  • Our successful applicant must identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using a bug tracking tool.
  • A minimum of one year experience (with SEO agency experience being preferred) is necessary for this role.
  • They will work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Participating as a testing resource when required and being an integral part of all releases is expected.
  • Flexibility and understanding to occasionally work within tight deadlines are essential.
  • Assisting with constantly reviewing and evolving processes is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have a desire to gain experience in testing.
  • Experience in the development of automated test scripts using Selenium, and a successful track record for QA involvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), is desirable.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with both AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies, and familiarity with a fast-paced development driven environment, are necessary.
