Job Title:

A Senior AI Research Scientist will lead the development of a novel AI-driven drug discovery platform that leverages cutting-edge deep learning architectures and generative models to accelerate molecular design and optimization.

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for structure prediction, de novo molecular generation, and multi-objective optimization.
  • Develop and integrate protein–ligand pose prediction models using advanced techniques such as DiffDock, EquiBind, and SE(3)-transformers.
  • Collaborate with the Ligand Design Lead to translate medicinal chemistry insights into model constraints and drive project success.

Maintain efficient MLOps pipelines for dataset versioning, model deployment, and experiment tracking.

Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Expertise in 3D geometric deep learning, generative modeling, and programming skills in Python.

Preferred experience in handling large-scale molecular datasets and cheminformatics toolkits.
