Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet the business requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by analyzing user experience and proposing suitable technical solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability by applying principles of computer science and software engineering.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in development through continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve the quality of code and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise by applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with English/Spanish language proficiency.
  • At least 7 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on building scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Redux and Flux.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest and Enzyme.
  • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories.
