About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and expertise in Accounts Receivables and be able to manage the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including processing and recording financial transactions.
  • Verify billing details and create customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and mismatching payments to ensure proper allocation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage the accounts receivable ledger and files to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Perform order management tasks to ensure efficient processing.
  • Update bank statements and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate reports based on accounts receivable data to provide insights for business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Accounting Software (XERO, Zoho, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Accuracy and precision in financial data processing.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable role.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
