Transformative Leadership Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of novel system features and full system solutions that reach across all NMPH therapies.

  • Oversees the planning, direction, and implementation of all aspects of system design, development, and validation of medical device systems and products
  • Drives the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies in partnership with various stakeholders
  • Leads teams in partnership with business for the development of new concepts from initial design to market release and sustains products already on the field
  • Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of development
  • Organizes the coordination of activities across product teams within a system development to ensure timely delivery of the system for design characterization, verification, and validation testing
  • Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems verification and validation processes
  • Communicates effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing technical insights and updates on systems verification and validation progress
