Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Travel Coordinator. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end travel operations and logistics for our fast-paced teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flights, hotels, trains, and other modes of transport to ensure optimal rates and travel plans.
  • Address employee travel queries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on travel itineraries.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Track and record travel expenses, process reimbursements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage visa applications and other necessary travel documentation for domestic and international travel.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain cost-effective travel options.
  • Keep employees informed about bookings, changes, and real-time travel updates.
  • Maintain travel entitlement sheets, update internal records, and prepare detailed monthly travel expense reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in travel desk operations, hospitality, or administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills to optimize travel costs.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is a plus.
