Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual operating plans and forecasts in collaboration with business and finance leaders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Work closely with senior business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial performance, identifying and explaining variances from established plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Utilize SAP and other financial reporting tools to inform business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve financial planning processes and outcomes.

  4. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance financial planning processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
