Test Manager: Leading Innovation in Financial Testing

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to drive overall testing strategy, execution, and governance across critical business platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in managing complex testing operations, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end test strategies, frameworks, and processes. Leverage test automation, Hybrid SAFe, and AI practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Leadership & People Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a large team of test leads, engineers, and associates (15 direct/indirect reports). Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Delivery & Execution: Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of testing activities across multiple programs and projects. Anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and align test objectives. Provide regular updates, dashboards, and executive-level insights on testing progress and quality outcomes.
