We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Experience Required:

  • 1 – 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency or related field.
  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Evaluate and refine final graphics and layouts to ensure they are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with various media formats, including digital creatives, print materials, web banners, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Participate in all client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Interpret client business needs and develop relevant concepts to meet their goals.
  • Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  • Develop comprehensive design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Maintain necessary design trackers to track work and ensure deliverables align with scope.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Familiarity with other software such as After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and contribute effectively in a team environment.
