Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Commerce or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounts payable, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Oversee daily accounting entries and ensure strict adherence to financial regulations.
  • Lead monthly and yearly book closure processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations and finalization activities are completed on time.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to all statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for GST and TDS.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of statutory audits, Income Tax filings, and Transfer Pricing documentation.

MIS Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain robust Management Information System (MIS) reporting processes.
  • Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to senior management, providing actionable insights into financial performance and compliance status.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all financial transactions, payments, and compliance-related activities.
  • Ensure proper and secure record-keeping of all financial and statutory documents in both physical and digital formats.
