Job Title: Project Coordinator

Description:
As a key member of our team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The role involves monitoring project progress, creating status reports, and facilitating communication between project managers and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Scrum implementation is required, along with experience in managing project resources, scheduling meetings, and executing administrative tasks. Proficiency in project management systems like JIRA is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring project progress and creating status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum Implementation.
  • Managing project resources and ensuring they function within defined scope and deadlines.
  • Helping teams remove project impediments and facilitating communication.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and managing project documents.
  • Executing project management administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Systems like JIRA.


Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of experience in IT Project Coordination and Management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Scrum.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
