Electrical Engineer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical/Electronic Engineer to contribute to the development of the Indian semiconductor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods.
  • Work on obsolescence activities with replacements, perform thorough testing, and release in the system along with comprehensive documentation.
  • End-to-end ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions from conception to implementation.
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that evolve into detailed drawings for efficient manufacture.
  • Participate in design reviews to present designs throughout phases of design and development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Master's degree preferred with 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to work comfortably with US-based timings.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Understanding of electronics components, schematics/system interconnects.
  • Select and recommend components depending on application and circuit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Critical/system-level thinking.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in part lifecycle management, change orders using PLM systems.
  • Working on electronic components obsolescence.
  • Understanding of PCB and components.
  • Hands-on experience in testing electronics components.
  • Autocad/Zuken/PCAD software experience.
