Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in the infrastructure sector. A CMA or CA qualification is also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Preparing accurate year-end financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handling GST-related matters, ensuring timely compliance and responding to notices.
  • Overseeing the process of issuing and managing foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) and understanding import/export regulations.
  • Liaising with banks for credit renewals, limit extensions, and maintaining banking relationships.
  • Coordinating with external and internal auditors and facilitating audit processes.
  • Analyzing financial data to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Supporting management with financial analysis and reports as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A CMA or CA qualification.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Proven experience in handling GST compliance and responding to notices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in managing foreign LCs and RBI regulations.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
