Graphic Design Specialist

As a key member of our creative team, you will conceptualize and develop visual assets for various media platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across different touchpoints.

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Specialist who can create engaging designs that communicate client stories and elevate brand identities.

  • Create compelling visual content including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Solve creative problems while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Develop production-ready files for both digital and print outputs.
  • Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Able to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats and print production.
