We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our front-end architecture, utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap to craft clean, responsive, and scalable web interfaces.

  • Lead the design and maintenance of front-end infrastructure using modern frameworks
  • Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices
  • Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web components
  • Evaluate and ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and back-end specialists
  • Develop and implement front-end standards, reusable components, and design systems
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficial
  • Troubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issues
  • Contribute to front-end technical roadmaps and architectural decisions

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with UI/UX sensibility. Experience with modern front-end frameworks is a plus. A strong eye for design and attention to detail are required along with leadership mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular)
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies
