Junior Fashion Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team.

  • Develop seasonal collections from concept to creation, working closely with the design team and artisans.
  • Conduct research on traditional textiles, embroideries, silhouettes, and trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Support fabric sourcing, swatch documentation, and sampling processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Create technical sketches, mood boards, and illustrations that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the design team, tailors, and artisans for sampling and product development.
  • Assist in organizing fittings, photoshoots, and exhibitions to showcase our designs.
  • Maintain accurate design records, sample tags, and studio inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design.
  • A strong sense of Indian aesthetics and passion for ethnic wear.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or hand sketching skills.
