Growth Marketing Role:
Zupee is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing approaches.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead growth experiments to identify opportunities to scale the business and drive continuous optimization.
- Build strong relationships with ad networks, publishers, and partners to optimize campaign performance and negotiate competitive rates.
- Identify and test new growth channels, platforms, and partnerships to expand reach and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives and drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with media buying, ad networks, programmatic advertising, and search marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration for business growth.
