Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst I to join our compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with high-risk customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze customer transactions to identify potential suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective AML strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that may indicate financial risk.
  • Develop and maintain reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, computer science).
  • 2+ years of experience in AML or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAMS certification.
  • Experience working with financial institutions or regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and industry best practices.
