Job Opportunity for SAP FICO R2R Expert

  • Lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Configuration and Closing processes.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
  • Manage month-end/year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions that meet business needs.
  • Integrate Financial Configuration and Closing with other SAP modules like Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Plant Maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed specifications for custom developments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support internal/external audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for production issues related to FICO configuration and closing.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on Financial Configuration and Closing.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Closing.
  • Experience in New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledger is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear and concise functional specifications.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus, but not required.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP FICO R2R processes and have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing these processes. They should also have knowledge of financial reporting standards, be able to write and validate functional specifications, and have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
