We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key role in our organization's human capital management (HCM) initiatives. As a HCM specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our team members on all aspects of HCM, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.
- Hands-on experience working with Fusion and exposure to EBS is required.
- You should have process flow knowledge, setup expertise, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
- HCM functional consultants should have experience in at least three modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
- In the technical side, you should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
- You should possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and have a knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.
- Role - Full-time/Early Joiners Preferable.
Location: Remote, Hybrid, In-office
