Job Title: Ruby Developer with Angular

At Achutha Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ruby Developer with expertise in Angular to join our team. As a Ruby Developer with Angular, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable and high-performing web applications using Ruby and Angular. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the development team to design and develop Ruby and Angular applications, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Ruby and Angular best practices, and integrating user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Ruby and Angular applications
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend development
  • Write efficient and maintainable code using Ruby and Angular best practices
  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Identify and resolve performance and security issues
  • Ensure applications are scalable and can handle a high load
  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Work with the product team to understand end-user requirements and build technical solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to the operations and activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
  • Debug and fix technical issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and delivery
  • Document development phases and monitor systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Ruby Developer with expertise in Angular
  • Strong understanding of Ruby and its ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Angular and its core principles
  • Experience with JavaScript and related libraries
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
