Video Editor for Short-Form Content

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team and help us create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience editing short-form videos and working with AI-native video tools.

  • Edit raw footage into highly engaging, AI-enhanced short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Craft eye-catching hooks in the first few seconds to maximize viewer retention throughout the video.
  • Create quick, compelling narratives that engage viewers instantly, making each video both captivating and shareable.

The successful candidate will be able to leverage tools like MidJourney, Veo3, RunwayML, 11Labs, Heygen, and other cutting-edge AI platforms to enhance visuals, integrate dynamic elements, and experiment with new content formats.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience editing short-form content for top creators, with a portfolio of Instagram Reels.
  • Experience with AI-native video tools like MidJourney (text-to-image), Veo3 (AI video editing), RunwayML (AI-driven motion graphics and video edits), 11Labs (AI-powered voice synthesis), Heygen (AI avatars), and similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of short-form video workflows, including fast-paced editing, transitions, effects, and sound design to keep viewers engaged.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for what works on social media platforms.
