Job Summary:
The Principal Commercial Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial management of Global Business Services. This includes ensuring accurate reporting, governance, and cost transparency through detailed financial analysis.
The analyst will collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. They will also monitor and report on commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for operational and financial improvement.
In addition, the Principal Commercial Finance Analyst supports business case development, value realization, and benefit tracking for GBS initiatives. They ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements across all commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis for GBS.
- SLA, Chargeback, and Cost Allocation Support: Assist in developing and maintaining service-level agreements, chargeback mechanisms, and cost allocation models.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis: Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- KPI Reporting: Monitor and report on commercial KPIs, identifying areas for operational and financial improvement.
- Business Case Development: Support business case development, value realization, and benefit tracking for GBS initiatives.
- Financial Governance: Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements across all commercial activities.
