Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our execution team. As the right-hand to the founder, you will be responsible for driving sales, running pitch calls, closing new business, and managing client accounts.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can think on their feet and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with designers, developers, recruiters, and media buyers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales and run pitch calls to close new business.
  • Source, interview, and onboard top candidates for client roles.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure flawless and fast delivery.
  • C coordinate across teams to keep projects on track.
  • Solve problems before they escalate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, operations.
  • A proven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, hustle-heavy environment.
  • Available to work late nights and weekends when needed.
  • Based in Mumbai and able to work from the Peddar Road office regularly.
