We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in automation testing, particularly using Selenium WebDriver and Java.

This role involves developing, executing, and maintaining automation frameworks, writing test scripts, and performing various types of testing.

  • Automation Framework Development:

Design, build, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with a programming language like Java. This includes creating page objects, data-driven testing, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Test Script Development:

Develop, execute, and debug high-quality automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and relevant tools. Ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and efficiency in test execution.

  • Cross-Browser Testing:

Execute test cases across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.) and platforms to ensure application stability and compatibility.

  • Test Data Management:

Collect and manage test data for data-driven testing, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

  • Defect Reporting:

Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools like Jira, providing clear and concise descriptions for resolution.

  • Collaboration:

Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure test objectives are met, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of the project.

  • Regression Testing:

Perform and manage regression testing to ensure application stability, identify potential issues, and prevent future defects.

  • CI/CD Integration:

Integrate automation tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and minimizing downtime.

Required Skills & Tools :

  • Automation Tool: Selenium WebDriver.
  • Programming Languages: Java (primary), with potential exposure to Python, C#.
  • Testing Frameworks: TestNG or JUnit.
  • BDD Frameworks: Cucumber.
  • Project Management & Defect Tools: Jira, Confluence.
  • Version Control: Git, Bitbucket.
  • Build Tools: Maven or Gradle.
  • API Testing Tools: Rest Assured.
  • Methodologies: Agile, Scrum.

  • Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments or tools like Kubernetes.
  • Documentation: Creating test plans and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
